A lovely Christmas meeting for Sweet Louise Members
A lovely Christmas meeting for Sweet Louise Members

The Auckland Members met for a festive Christmas morning tea this month. Thank you to Barbara for creating the decorative candy reindeer to add to the festivity and something to take home. Loaf provided the yummy Christmas fare that went down a treat. We also had a table with some summer holiday reading thanks to SparkPHD. It was a lovely morning and everyone took a little bit of Christmas home with them.

Our last Pukekohe gathering of the year was at Cafe Berne. Local Service Providers Judy Harriman and Diane Lacey came and joined the Christmas get together. We were quite a large table this time as Members brought along their family and supports. There was much to be discussed and shared around the table.

We were so lucky to have a nice sunny day for our end of year picnic at The Quarry Gardens in Whangarei. A beautiful subtropical oasis tucked away in the western hills. Our new service providers Massage Therapist Lyn Taylor, Reiki Practitioner Diane Russell and Photographer Sarahlee Cobb came along. It was lovely to have the chance to meet with them. We enjoyed the sunshine, catching up and some delicious food. Thank you to the Quarry Gardens for making us so welcome, Loaf for providing us with a delightful lunch, Lyn, Diane and Sarahlee for taking time out to come and see us and our beautiful volunteer Robyn for all her help throughout the year.

North Shore and West Auckland Members finished off the year with cafe meetings at the Glenfield and Henderson Kings Plant Barn Cafés. It was also very nice to be able to welcome some Members who were able to come along for the first time.
