Deigna said, “After my sister, Nicole, was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer at the age of 36, I felt a strong desire to support women facing a similar challenge. My sister has four young children and I’ve witnessed first-hand the impact this diagnosis has on women and their families.
“Louise Perkins’ tips for living a positive life deeply resonate with me, and I believe everyone can derive value from them by applying them to their own lives.
“We were so pleased to raise funds for Sweet Louise by running the marathon!”
