Bra Art, Big Hearts: Lions Club Raises Over $1,000 for Sweet Louise
A huge thank you to the wonderful Palmerston North Heartland Lions Club for their incredible support of Sweet Louise through their beautiful fundraising display at the Women’s Expo.
This inspiring community collaboration brought together schools, rest homes, and other local organisations, all contributing to the creation of wearable bra artworks – with entries proudly displayed and judged on the day. Visitors were able to vote for their favourites with a $1 donation, helping raise vital funds for Sweet Louise.
This year’s winning creation was the vibrant “it takes all sorts” liquorice design – a true standout that captured the hearts of many, taking out both Best Bra and Breast in Show, as judged by a guest judge.
