Thanks to the wonderful supporters who generously donated to our ❤ Stand Strong 4 Sweet Louise Giving Day, we’re really excited to announce we have a new Support Coordinator!! We’re delighted to introduce you to Amy Kirkpatrick.
Amy will be supporting women with incurable breast cancer in central and west Auckland, where our team has been stretched well beyond their limits.
Amy brings an incredible amount of specialist experience to her role – she is a Registered Nurse and has been working in palliative care for over 10 years.
Amy says: “Nurturing and supporting people in the community has always been who I am. I have been a Palliative Care Nurse for over 10 years, which has grown into me a focus on holistic care; promoting heathy body, mind and spirit.

“I am so excited to have joined the amazing team at Sweet Louise. I look forward to providing practical, social and emotional support to those that need it, when they need it. Most importantly I’m here to listen.

“I’ve been married for 25 years to my Kiwi husband, we have two children, a dog, Maggie, and cat, Shadow. We live in beautiful Titirangi in Auckland. My interests include meditation, yoga, walking in the Waitakere’s, generally spending time in nature and reading a good book.”
